  • We recommend 3-4 weeks for most events, but we've made magic happen with less notice. Reach out and we'll see what's possible.

  • Full Service
    We handle everything so you can be fully present with your guests. This includes all project supplies, complete setup and breakdown, expert facilitation, and step-by-step guidance throughout. We can also coordinate food and beverages, handle decor, and manage all the details that make your event feel effortless and special.

    Creative Toolkit
    We provide all project supplies, materials, and clear project guidance. You lead the creative experience at your own pace, and we do all the prep work to make it seamless.


    Both options save you the hassle of sourcing supplies, comparing products, and coordinating delivery. We bring everything you need in one beautifully organized package.

  • Every event is unique, so we create custom proposals based on your guest count, project type, and level of support.

    Full-Service Workshops start at $400 and include all materials, expert facilitation, setup, and cleanup. Add-ons like food and beverage coordination or custom decor are available.

    Creative Toolkit Packages include all premium supplies and guidance materials without facilitation, starting at a lower price point.

  • Yes! We serve all of Southern California and beyond. Travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area.

  • You provide a location (home, office, restaurant, brewery, etc.) and we bring everything else.

    Need venue suggestions? We're happy to help.

  • Absolutely! As long as we have availability, we can adjust your package up until two weeks before your event.
